The deep does not need you
Remora is an organic underwater game that runs in your browser. You pilot a small submarine through a dark ocean that is fully alive: schools of fish search for food, jellyfish pulse and drift, seaweed sways, and rock surfaces slowly become habitats.
Almost everything on screen is procedural: textures, ocean currents, and creature behavior. Movement is grounded in real forces, torque, and light that fades with distance.
The ocean currents are not scenery. Every creature is pushed by them, and so are you. At the edge of the map runs the abyssal current, a ring of water so strong that nothing escapes it.
